The new product aims to provide brands with an all-encompassing view of their market position and competitors through comprehensive data analysis.
San Francisco, USA – Marker Collective, a new alliance formed in August 2023 by Next 15 Group’s agencies Archetype, Outcast, and Nectar, has unveiled a new innovative product named Delve. This product is designed to furnish brands and companies with comprehensive, data-driven insights regarding their position in the market, their competitors, and the overall industry landscape.
The unveiling of Delve marks a significant advancement in how businesses can aggregate and interpret information to understand public and industry perceptions. The Collective describes Delve as a “single source of truth,” offering an all-encompassing view of the narratives surrounding a company, its rivals, and the industry sector as a whole.
Delve represents a sophisticated integration of cutting-edge technological capabilities with human expertise, as explained by Andrew Wyatt, the Chief Product Officer at Marker Collective. Wyatt elaborated on the challenges currently facing companies, noting, “Every company needs to know what’s being said about them, what’s being said about their competitors, what’s driving the message, and the key themes in the industry. Today, this work is super manual and the process is broken. It requires a lot of time.”
Through Delve, communications professionals have access to a series of features that enhance their ability to support and grow brand awareness. These features include an ability to track media coverage across various outlets, timeframes, and mediums. It also allows users to analyse disparate information, providing insights on sentiment, thematic content, and share of voice. Furthermore, the tool can generate comprehensive reports offering daily scans and in-depth coverage analysis tailored to specific industries.
The product is already in use by several clients of Marker Collective, indicating its immediate application and usefulness in real-world scenarios. According to Wyatt, the launch of Delve aligns with the current trend of organisations exploring the utilisation of artificial intelligence (AI) to bolster their operations and strategic advantage.
Next 15 Group is a holding company that includes several agencies such as Archetype, The Blueshirt Group, Brandwidth, M Booth (including M Booth Health), MHP Group, Nectar, The Outcast Agency, Publitek, and Velocity. Over the years, the company has strategically expanded its portfolio with acquisitions including Nectar Communications in 2020 and Outcast in 2005.
Archetype, one of the founding agencies of Marker Collective, has shown resilience and growth despite market challenges. It was formed in 2018 through the merger of Bite and Text100, both Next 15 agencies. According to the PRWeek’s 2024 Agency Business Report, Archetype reported a 10% increase in global revenue to $112 million in 2023, although it noted a 6% decrease in the U.S. revenue to $39 million. Additionally, its operations in the U.S. and U.K. attained B Corp certifications in March 2023, recognising their commitment to social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.
Overall, Marker Collective’s launch of Delve is set to streamline how brands navigate the complex landscape of media and industry sentiments, promising a more efficient and insightful approach to brand management and strategic communication.
