Who we are

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

Refunds, Cancellations & Fulfillment Policy

Ashmere International Ltd (trading as Automation X) delivers digital, strategic, and custom automation services to business clients. This policy outlines our fulfillment, refund, and cancellation terms in compliance with payment processor standards and consumer transparency obligations.


1. Service Fulfillment

We offer two core service categories:

A. Strategic Training & Consulting

This includes access to:

  • AI-driven lead generation systems

  • Training sessions (live and on-demand)

  • One-to-one strategic consulting

  • Outreach tools, SOPs, and materials

  • Ongoing support via WhatsApp/email

Access to digital content and onboarding typically begins within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Once access has been provided, the service is deemed fulfilled, regardless of whether the client uses or completes the program.

B. Custom Automation Builds

We also deliver made-to-order automation systems (e.g., CRM workflows, integrations, outbound sequencing platforms) under a 50/50 payment model:

  • 50% non-refundable deposit to initiate the project

  • 50% balance due upon completion and approval

Custom builds are scoped case-by-case and include a written brief agreed upon prior to project commencement.


2. Refund Policy

A. Training & Consulting

We maintain a strict no-refund policy on all training, strategy, and consulting services. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to attend sessions or implement strategies

  • Personal dissatisfaction with results

  • Lack of technical capacity or tools on the client’s side

Purchasing our services constitutes full acknowledgment and acceptance of this no-refund policy.

B. Custom Automation Builds

The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun.

A partial refund may be considered only if:

  • The delivered automation build fails to meet the agreed written brief

  • You have given Automation X a fair opportunity to revise and remedy any issues

We do not refund:

  • If the brief is met but client preferences change

  • If the client delays communication, content, or approvals

  • If the client fails to provide the tools, access, or information required to complete the build

All refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis.


3. Cancellations & Termination

Client-Initiated

All purchases are binding. Clients may request early termination of services, but this does not entitle them to a refund unless expressly agreed in writing.

For custom builds, if a client cancels before the build begins, the deposit may be forfeited depending on preparation time and resources invested.

Automation X-Initiated

We reserve the right to terminate any engagement, with immediate effect and without refund, if the client:

  • Violates terms of service

  • Abuses staff or support channels

  • Refuses to engage in good faith

  • Engages in chargeback or dispute fraud


4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or dispute without first contacting our support team will be treated as a breach of this policy. In such cases:

  • All services and access will be suspended

  • You will forfeit the right to revisions or support

  • We may pursue legal action to recover losses
