URC continues its commitment to integrating AI into its products and services with a new Virtual Assistant offering 24/7 support for consumers. The tool assists in finding certified URC dealers and aims to enhance user experience while boosting consumer engagement and business growth.
URC has launched a new AI-powered Virtual Assistant for consumers, continuing its commitment to integrating AI into its products and services, a pledge made at CEDIA 2022. The new tool provides 24/7 support for URC’s Total Control and Complete Control product lines and helps consumers find certified URC dealers.
Chang K. Park, URC’s founder and CEO, emphasized the company’s focus on using AI to deliver smart living experiences and support business growth for their dealers.
URC conducted extensive research before the launch, discovering that 92% more people use chatbots since 2019, with most interactions rated positively. The findings also showed high consumer expectations for digital assistants on websites and frequent daily use among millennials.
In February, URC introduced a Virtual Assistant to help dealers with technical questions by accessing updated information from URC’s resources. The new consumer tool builds on this, aiming to offer 24/7 support, enhance user experience, and increase awareness of URC products.
Ron Pence, URC’s marketing lead, noted that integrating AI is part of their strategic plan to boost consumer engagement and drive business growth.
