To take advantage of Intelligent Recap, users must hold a Microsoft Teams Premium license, which complements a standard Microsoft 365 subscription. The Teams Premium plan is priced at $7 per user per month, while the Copilot for Microsoft 365 license costs $30 per month. These licenses must be assigned by an administrator through the Microsoft 365 admin centre, enabling functionalities related to the Recap feature.
