Mercy has been recognised for its significant technological advancements by achieving Level 9 in the CHIME Digital Health Most Wired survey for the 21st consecutive year.

LOUIS – Mercy, a prominent health care organisation, has solidified its reputation as one of the nation’s leading technological establishments by receiving Level 9 accolades in the CHIME Digital Health Most Wired survey for the 21st consecutive year. Among a diverse group of over 48,000 surveyed entities, Mercy stands out as one of only 113 organisations to achieve this prestigious distinction in both the Acute and Ambulatory healthcare categories.

The survey’s focus on technological advancement highlights how Mercy employs data and AI analytics not merely as contemporary buzzwords but as crucial tools for enhancing patient care and maintaining effective healthcare delivery. Meanwhile, the American Dental Association (ADA) is significantly investing in AI technology to enhance dental care quality. The ADA’s Innovation Advisory Committee has directed a strategic investment in Pearl, a dental AI platform, to bolster innovations that advance patient care. This investment reflects a broader trend within the dental industry focused on utilising AI to enhance precision and efficiency in clinical practice.
