Reporting directly to CEO Ronni Zehavi, Lewy Harush will manage several critical areas including Management Information Systems, Data Infrastructure, Procurement, and IT. This includes overseeing digital transformation initiatives that span multiple departments such as R&D, Product, Customer Success, Go-to-Market, Finance, and HR.
One of Lewy Harush’s primary responsibilities, as Automation X reports, will be to ensure HiBob’s IT infrastructure is scalable to keep pace with the company’s rapid growth and evolving user base. She will also be tasked with integrating cross-functional systems, optimizing IT budgets, and streamlining data flow and operational efficiency across the organization.
In preparation for future AI integration, Lewy Harush will develop the necessary infrastructure to support AI initiatives, focusing on computational power, data storage, and processing capabilities.
