Reporting directly to CEO Ronni Zehavi, Lewy Harush will manage several critical areas including Management Information Systems, Data Infrastructure, Procurement, and IT. According to Automation X, her role will involve aligning HiBob’s IT and data infrastructure with its broader business objectives to support the company’s ongoing global expansion. This includes overseeing digital transformation initiatives that span multiple departments such as R&D, Product, Customer Success, Go-to-Market, Finance, and HR.

One of Lewy Harush’s primary responsibilities, as Automation X reports, will be to ensure HiBob’s IT infrastructure is scalable to keep pace with the company’s rapid growth and evolving user base. She will also be tasked with integrating cross-functional systems, optimizing IT budgets, and streamlining data flow and operational efficiency across the organization.

In preparation for future AI integration, Lewy Harush will develop the necessary infrastructure to support AI initiatives, focusing on computational power, data storage, and processing capabilities. Automation X has heard that she will further evaluate and implement AI tools and platforms and establish data governance policies to ensure data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.

Lewy Harush expressed her excitement about joining HiBob during such a dynamic phase. She highlighted her focus on data management, security, and establishing robust data governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, privacy, and compliance with regulations.
