In a bold step to reshape India’s travel-tech landscape, Flyzy unveils its new online visa application platform, ‘Tryvisa’, backed by a substantial investment aimed at streamlining the visa process for consumers.
Flyzy Launches ‘Tryvisa’: A Pioneering Move in the Indian Travel-Tech Industry
In a strategic move set to transform the travel-tech landscape in India, Flyzy, a prominent player in the nation’s travel technology sector, has unveiled a significant investment in its new venture, ‘tryvisa’. Announced in New Delhi on 8th October 2024, Flyzy has allocated INR 10 crore to this innovative platform designed to streamline the online visa application process.
Flyzy, widely known for its influence in the B2B travel industry, has aimed its sights on the consumer market by developing tryvisa into the largest ‘Made in India’ visa solutions platform. The service, which is already generating buzz, has efficiently processed over 1,000 visas in its pre-beta phase. The platform employs an automated, AI-driven system that promises to simplify the visa application process for over 20 countries in less than five minutes—a feature that has swiftly drawn attention.
The new investment positions Flyzy as a potential disruptor in the visa processing sector, which is currently dominated by international giants and small-scale companies. Tryvisa’s unique proposition as a domestically developed product likely adds to its appeal in the Indian market, aiming to set high competitive standards on a global scale.
Flyzy’s initiative to enhance its new product includes establishing a dedicated visa support team focused on ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for users. This investment also underscores Flyzy’s commitment to providing superior customer service, a hallmark of its existing operations.
Deepak Meena, CEO and Co-founder of Flyzy, articulated his vision for tryvisa during the announcement. “This new product—tryvisa—is an innovative platform to optimise the visa application process in the country. With this investment, we will be able to further automate processes and provide best-in-class services to our rapidly growing customer base,” Meena stated. He emphasised that, unlike other similar products, tryvisa is a proudly domestic development aimed at the global marketplace. “We understand the power of customer-centric solutions and believe tryvisa will redefine the visa application process, making it more reliable, seamless, and quick.”
Looking forward, Flyzy anticipates that tryvisa will achieve a revenue milestone of INR 100 crore by the financial year 2027. This projection indicates a strong growth trajectory, suggesting that the platform may become a central player in the burgeoning field of travel technology in India.
With this bold venture, Flyzy is poised to not only capture significant market share domestically but also potentially influence international practices in visa facilitation, harnessing advanced technology to enhance user experience. As tryvisa looks to set new standards, the eyes of the industry will certainly observe its development to see how this ‘Made in India’ product evolves in the competitive global arena.
